Looking for one of our apps? Each app has its own privacy policy:

This website is run by AVRTEC AB, a company registered in Sweden (org. nr 559386-4043), which is responsible for the personal data described here.

The short version

We set no cookies of our own and use no analytics, advertising or social media buttons.
The site loads no fonts or scripts from other companies.
If you write to us, we use your message only to answer you.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you ask for, and may keep it in short-lived logs. Cloudflare may also use a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people apart from automated attacks. We do not use this information to find out who you are. Read more in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The contact form and email

If you use the contact form, the name, email address, topic and message you enter are sent through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, to our email inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail). Web3Forms keeps a copy for up to 30 days. If you email us directly, your message goes straight to the same inbox.

We use what you send only to answer you. We keep it as long as needed to do that, and no longer than 12 months after the conversation ends. Please do not send sensitive information, such as health details or passwords. Some of these services may process data outside the EU/EEA, under their own safeguards.

If you are under 13, please ask a parent to help you write to us.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we answer messages based on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to us at the address below. If you are unhappy with how we handle personal data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten) at imy.se.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date above.
