About the app

Most scanners call a file saved the moment the bytes are written. Skanna reopens the finished PDF, counts the pages and renders every one of them before it tells you anything, because a file that will not open is worse than no file at all.

Waits for the page

Automatic capture waits until the page is steady, fully in frame and in focus, and takes one photo per page instead of a burst.

Crop you control

Corners are found for you and can be dragged as often as you like. Pages shot at an angle are squared up.

Clean, readable pages

Colour, grayscale and black-and-white modes, a handwriting mode, and manual brightness, contrast and sharpening.

Redaction

Cover anything private in black, white, or a colour taken from the page. Redactions are applied to the exported file.

Nothing gets lost

Every page is saved the moment it is taken. Interrupted scans carry on where they stopped, and deleted documents wait 30 days.

Saved where you can find it

Multi-page PDF or numbered JPEGs, saved to Documents/Skanna or any folder you pick. Exporting again replaces the old file instead of making copies.
